Your startups need defensible climate impact data. They shouldn't have to pay for it.
Koi gives your program a single platform to measure, compare, and communicate the real-world climate impact of every company in your portfolio, at no cost to the startups themselves.

The Model
Two tiers. One platform. No cost to your companies.
Koi is structured around two tiers that fit the accelerator/incubator model directly. Your organization (up to 10 seats) gets full Enterprise access: the complete data library, advanced modeling, portfolio analytics, and Climate Solutions Intelligence. You can analyze program-wide impact, compare companies across sectors, and generate reporting for LPs or funders.
Every startup in your portfolio gets access through the CRANE Tier (supported by Prime Coalition), permanently free with no expiration. CRANE is not a trial. Startups unlock a single starter model and build on it over time as their technology and data evolve. Unlimited edits and version history are included. The only constraint is that each entirely new market model uses one of three free unlocks, which rarely limits early-stage companies focused on one core thesis.
What You Can Do
Real data, not estimates. Shared infrastructure, not consulting.
Koi calculates GHG emissions from actual company data -- not sector averages or rough estimates. It combines what each startup reports (deployment volumes, technology parameters, market data) with Koi's institutional-grade climate data library: emissions factors, lifecycle analysis. The result is an auditable, traceable impact number that founders can put in front of investors without bracing for follow-up questions.
Onboarding cohorts is handled through guided webinars and extensive self-serve resources. Koi's documentation at docs.koi.eco covers model setup, methodology, and interpretation. A library of video walkthroughs is available at koi.eco/resources. Most founders are building their first model within a day of onboarding.
Mission Alignment
Getting more capital to climate solutions that matter.
Startups that can quantify their climate impact close more funding, win enterprise deals, and access markets that would otherwise require months of consulting work. For program operators, a shared data infrastructure means portfolio-level reporting that is consistent, defensible, and fast.
When your entire cohort is modeling impact on the same platform with the same methodology, you gain something most programs don't have: comparability. You can see which companies are on track, where data gaps exist, and how your program's aggregate impact story is taking shape, without asking your team to reconcile inconsistent spreadsheets from 20 different companies.
